The hook, “It’s time to buy back the block/time to buy back the hood” created the most unlikely club banger since “Jesus Walks.”
As the time grows closer to the release of his new album, Rather You Than Me, Ross decided to add some more fire power to his lead single. Recruiting some like minded emcee’s like Slim Thug, Nipsey Hussle, E-40 and Fat Joe, the “Buy Back The Block” remix should help send people to stores to buy his album on March 17th.
