Ok, politicians, we need to talk. I understand that you, like the rest of us, are dealing with a guy who is President who seems to bend the truth occasionally. Lets keep it honest, he lies! That’s no reason for the rest of you have to go a long with the shenanigans. Yet, it seems like way too many elected officials are too easy to just saying any and everything.
Perfect example, the smuggling a nuclear weapon in a bail of weed theory. This absurd theory of how terrorists could smuggle a nuclear weapon into America has been passed around from wacko to wacko for some years now.
The idea of hiding something illegal inside something illegal, i.e. a bale of marijuana came from a piece on Frontline back in 1995.
I’ve often said, my preferred method for delivering a nuclear device is, I would hide it in a bale of marijuana, contract it out to the drug lords and move it,” Kay said. “Marijuana is a good shielder actually for radiation. The drug lords have a superb record for delivery. They’re not Fed Ex, but they’re awfully close to it. And contract it out and get it across the border.”
The theory was dug up again a few months ago when Republican Representative Trent Franks of Arizona mentioned that Iran could smuggle nuclear weapons into the United States of America using a bale of marijuana. Why marijuana, I don’t know. I would think there would be easier ways to get something illegal into the country without combining it with another illegal thing. That logic does not seem to be something that conservatives subscribe too.
Recently Democrat Representative Brad Sherman is worried that North Korea, like Iran, could possibly smuggle a nuclear weapon into the States using a sack of weed.

The funny part is, this is Sherman’s second time saying this out loud.
“Since a nuclear bomb is about the size of a person, it could be smuggled into the United States inside a bale of marijuana,” he said in 2007.
If there is nuclear materials in a bale of weed, then that’s some bomb ass weed.
