HIGH TIMES is trying to diversify their content, one way or another.
The publication recently announced that they will be purchasing cannabis media outlet Greenrushdaily.com
The deal is said to be for $6.9 million. HIGH TIMES will bring the site under their umbrella in exchange for access to GRD’s large database of users.
Big deal for both parties as HIGH TIMES gets bigger and GreenRushDaily gets to maintain their identity.
HIGH TIMES went through their own acquisition last year when a group, including Damien Marley purchased the magazine.
