As the city of Atlanta prepared to choose a new mayor and city councilman, we already had an up-close and personal moments with many of the candidates. Over a period of weeks, Mayoral candidates Kwanza Hall and Sen. Vincent Fort came by to explain why the cannabis community should rally around their campaigns.
We also hosted Tamara Johnson-Shealy to discuss her run for State Senate, Chris Brown to talk about his run for city council and Sandra Sidhom and her historic and controversial run for Mayor of Roswell.
Not all our political convoy involved politicians. Lobbyist Roz McCarthy, Michael “Coach” Hempzor and Stanley Atkins II came by to discuss policy and more.
