As Canada creeps closer to full legalization, they roll out new practices to deal with the new issues that will most certainly come with it. One of those things in “driving while stoned.” No matter ho legal it is, you are not to operate a car while being sky-high.
Canadian police will be allowed to use a saliva test to see whether or not a driver is higher than the normal limit to drive.
