Any optimisim surrounding the marijuana bill might be out the window after co-sponsor Dianne Feinstein pulls her name off the bill.
Feinstein was supposed to be one of the original sponsors of the bill. But when it was unveiled last week, her name aas absent.
Her addition was a big plus for the bill due to her past record opposing cannabis legalization.
