Last time we were with Chef Scotley Innis, it was at his private CBD infused dinner. If you weren’t in attendance, then you missed an amazing evening of good food and good information.
We were lucky to have Chef Innis back in the studio. We were even more lucky to have him serve up his signature dish, jerk ramen for 30 invited guests.
After he finished in the kitchen, Scotley jumped behind the mic to give us some insight on what led him to culinary arts, his next private infused dinner and inspiring a new generation of Black and Brown boys.
