Recently, Higher Standards, the elevated cannabis lifestyle brand, hosted a glassblowing exhibition conducted by Atlanta’s own Janke Studios.
Founded by Matt and Kim Janke, Janke studios have been providing amazing products and knowledge on the art of glassblowing for 23 years here in Atlanta.
Saturday September 14th Janke studios brought some local artisans out to turn liquid fire into colorful collections of cannabis accoutrements and shop exclusive handmade glass pipes and accessories at the event.
Guests got the chance to watch the creative process as artists gather molten glass, reheating it to 2,400 degrees Fahrenheit and gradually cool it to become objets d’art.
We had a chance to speak with Matt Janke after her set-up their mobile studio about Janke, the art of glass blowing and he showed us some unique pieces you can purchase now at Higher Standards Atlanta.
