Recently, we had the honor of speaking with Amir El Bey Caliph.

For years, from the state capitol to events, Amir has been a very visible member of the Atlanta cannabis community.

His latest contribution to the scene is the 200-page “The Indigenous History of Hemp.”

Chronicling the the history of hemp, “The Indigenous History of Hemp” hopes to become the definitive history of hemp in the Americas.

Amir Bey was a guest on the cash plot Anna is Podcast where he spoke about the book, the role people of color have played for centuries in the production of hemp as well as cannabis and what the future holds.
