Netflix is getting a handle on cannabis content. From campy sitcoms like “Disjointed” to documentaries like “Murder Mountain,” the platform is hot right now for cannabis.
The latest in the line of Netflix produced cannabis-inspired content is Cooked with Cannabis. Following behind ‘Cooking on High’, “Cooked with Cannabis “Hosted by Kelis and Chef Leather Storrs, the show blends cannabis-infused foods, themes, and celebrities.
The show debuted on April 20th (of course) Since we are all in the house this week, CashColorCannabis.com sat down and watched the entire 6-episode season.
The show features chefs from various backgrounds serving up a 3-course meal for celebrity guests.
Judges included former NBA players John Salley and Nate Robinson, El-P from the group Run the Jewels, rapper Too Short and more.
Each chef had to create a meal based on a theme. So global cuisine, futuristic and wedding themes we’re just a few of the meals the chefs had to create their menu around.
Kelis and Chef Storrs do a decent job of hosting the show and keep viewers engaged while the chefs pull-off their magic.
Each episode is about 30 minutes so the show is easy to consume in small parts or a full binge out!
