Gary is redefining cannabis culture with a brand that blends premium quality with an unmistakable vibe while championing authenticity and representation.
“Terp Bae is a social equity cannabis brand from Boston, said Perry.
Blending music, fashion, and cannabis, Gary’s brand spawned from an event.”I started a live music experience called Tiny Trap Concerts a few years ago. We were doing hip hop and R&B shows at different dispensaries. I saw how many people from our community I could bring into a dispensary who normally wouldn’t have walked in. That pushed me to add something more to the game and put something on the shelves.”
Terp Bae isn’t just about getting high and looking good. Inspired by Heal the Hood, Terp Bae prioritizes using sales proceeds to give back to local communities.
“We prioritize giving back to the community. $1 from each pre-roll goes into a different housing project every month. $2 from each eighth goes into a different housing project. We rotate on choice,” said Gary
Now, Terp Bae is licensed and available for purchase in multiple dispensaries around the state. His next goal is to expand the brand beyond the Massachusetts market.
“We want to license out to Oklahoma and Detroit. Over the next two years, we will try to get our brand experience in other states.”
